Onboarding invitations are sent by email to help users log in to ahead for the first time. If you’re curious about how these emails look, you can preview them below.
Branded email invitations
If your organization has the Branded Emails premium feature enabled, the invitation will include your company logo along with your chosen command bar and interaction colors. These settings can be customized in the Design section under Company Settings.
Want to enable Branded Emails? Contact your Customer Success Manager (CSM) for assistance.
Generic email invitations
If the Branded Emails feature is not enabled, the invitation will use the standard ahead design, featuring the ahead logo and default brand blue color.
