When to use Quicklinks vs. Resources Hub modules?
Use the Resources module when:
-
You want to create Hub-specific resources that are only relevant in this Hub.
-
You want the freedom to manage links and files yourself (no admin needed).
-
You’re okay with a more compact visual style, where links appear as small cards with smaller icons.
Use the Quicklinks module when:
-
You want to reuse global links across multiple Hubs or in the megamenu.
-
Links need to be managed by intranet admins in the Company Settings area.
-
You prefer a visual style with large icons that are easier to spot.
