Finding your way around the ahead Learning

Getting to the Learning area

There are several ways to access the Learning area, depending on your device and permissions:

  • From your profile menu: Go to Profile menu › My Learning. (desktop and mobile)

  • On desktop: Click the Learning icon in the top command bar.

  • On mobile: Tap the Learning icon in the bottom navigation bar.

You can also access Learning directly from your homepage if admins have added the Courses to complete module. Learn how to add this module

Note: If you don’t see the Learning icons, you may not have the right permissions. Learn how to assign permissions

 

 

Exploring the Learning area

Once inside the Learning area, here’s what you’ll find:

My Learning overview

This are is divided in three sections:

  • My courses - Displays all the courses you’re enrolled in.

  • Discover more courses - Lets you discover and join optional courses.

  • Drafts - Course editors can access their drafts here. (Only for users with 'Create Courses' permission)

 

Courses

Each course includes several tabs and components:

  • Course content tab: The core of the course. Contains all learning units (lessons and tests). Courses have Hub capabilities, allowing you to add modules such as Resources, People, or Featured communities to enhance the learning experience.

  • Participants tab (Visible to course editors): Used to enroll people and review analytics on participants’ progress.




  • Settings tab (Visible to course editors): Configure course details and manage editing permissions.
