Enabling the creation of ahead ID users

Activate this optional feature to create and manage users directly in ahead (no external ID provider needed).

Turning the feature on

To start creating ahead ID users (users managed entirely within ahead) you first need to enable the feature in your settings:

  1. In the top-right profile menu, select Company Settings.

  2. Scroll to the Features tab and click on the User Management section.

  3. Tick the Enable checkbox and press 'Save'.

💡 Important: Once the feature is enabled and at least one ahead ID user is created, it cannot be turned off. You can only disable the feature if no ahead ID users have been created.
